Brief DescriptionGreetings Form Prochant India Pvt Ltd! Job Description: The Senior Manager is responsible for several areas that are key to success for the Prochant, an outsourced billing service in the U.S. healthcare industry. In this role you are essentially play a vital role in the growth of the company. You are responsible for identifying issues in all process and altering the concern department. A deep and thorough understanding of the entire process followed by Prochant production workers in all shifts is a must. Duties include overall responsibility for the development of the workforce. In addition, you will be leading India operations and should provide development through short term and long term goals. Essential Functions
- Monitoring overall responsibility for monitoring all process Cash /Billing Transmission Correspondence MIS Support Medicare Audit Process AR process EV/PA process
- Review Metrics Must interact with the President / Directors and Maintain operations by directing all activities which are performed daily, weekly and monthly.
- Training Responsible for reviewing performance of team members and responsible for conducting training or development opportunities for them.
- Planning Ensure effective planning and execution of operations and has to reduce waste levels and achieve milestones. Plays significant role in long- term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence.
- Annual Performance Responsible for annual performance review of the employees.
- Client Satisfaction Responsible for working closely with new clients on delivering the best possible service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain SLAs Responsible for production and Quality SLAs.
- Meeting Responsible to have one to one meeting with core leaders of the company at regular basis.
- Recruitment Inputs Responsible for prioritizing the recruitment coverage with HR team.
Other Responsibilities Recruitment Inputs- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Involve with HR team for employee disciplinary action
Key Competencies
Deep and thorough understanding of Prochant production policies and procedures. Advanced DME industry and DME billing knowledge and experience. Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. Professional presentation skills and confidence while speaking. Exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze issues and identify potential liabilities. Strong leadership skills to promote personal and professional development and teamwork. Ability to maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and management. Consistent demonstration of a professional, positive attitude. A strong, working understanding of computers and an ability to self-troubleshoot simple issues.
Education and Experience
Minimum Graduate Minimum (12+) years Medical billing, collections, and business process outsourcing. Minimum (5) years as leadership Operations experience. Exceptional computer skills to include competency in Microsoft Office.
