About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Kochi. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to connect with our existing leads, nurture relationships, and qualify them as potential sales opportunities. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and supporting the sales team by ensuring quality leads.
Key Responsibilities: Connect with existing leads over the phone to assess their interest and qualify them as sales-ready. Build rapport with leads by understanding their requirements and providing helpful information. Maintain detailed records of conversations and lead status in the CRM system. Identify potential sales opportunities based on lead interactions and pass them on to the sales team. Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; any additional qualification in customer service or sales is a plus. Languages: Proficient in English and Malayalam. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients. Experience: Freshers are welcome.
