Brief Description Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services. Qualify leads based on set criteria and build a pipeline of potential customers. Follow up with previous leads and keep track of lead conversions. Support lead generation initiatives through various marketing activities to help drive sales growth. Understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and close sales. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, building trust and rapport to foster customer loyalty. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. Track personal and team performance and take proactive steps to improve performance as needed. Use data to refine strategies, make recommendations, and improve campaign performance. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business is a plus. Proven experience in a Sales role or a similar position, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Persuasive and confident with a customer-oriented approach. Proficiency with  Microsoft Office, and call-handling technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads effectively. Resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
