Brief DescriptionTo manage and coordinate projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to standards, and successful execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to facilitate communication among stakeholders to drive project success. ·        Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution. ·        Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans. ·        Develop and maintain project reports such as status reports, progress reports, and issue logs. ·        Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, customers, and vendors. ·        Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues to senior management. ·        Assist with testing and quality assurance activities. ·        Coordinate training and support for end-users. ·        Ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards.Preferred SkillsBasic understanding of medical terms and concepts. ·        Excellent reporting skills (written and verbal). ·        Strong organizational and coordination skills. ·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. ·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). ·        Familiarity with project management tools. ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·        Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. ·        Experience with project management methodologies. ·        Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. ·        Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years (Relevant)
