Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, generating leads through outbound calls, and attending meetings with clients to ensure smooth communication and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.Engage with leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media.Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and update CRM tools regularly.Client Communication & Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.Schedule and attend meetings with clients to discuss project updates, service offerings, or feedback.Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.Operations Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and project teams) to ensure client requirements are met.Monitor service delivery timelines and report any delays or challenges.Prepare and present reports on client activity, engagement metrics, and feedback.Meeting Management:Attend in-person or virtual meetings with clients and stakeholders.Take detailed notes, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.Performance Tracking & Reporting:Track lead generation, client acquisition, and retention metrics.Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance and client feedback.Preferred SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in client servicing, operations, or lead generation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong time management and multitasking skills.Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.Willingness to travel or attend client meetings as required.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a similar role within a service-oriented industry.Familiarity with digital marketing or sales processes.Knowledge of customer engagement tools and reporting systems.
