Responsibilities

1.Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and refine the product vision and strategy for our products, aligning with organisational goals and technology trends. Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on business impact and user requirements. 2.Requirements Definition and Prioritisation: Gather and analyse user feedback, business requirements, and technical constraints to define clear product specifications. Prioritise features and projects based on ROI, business value, and resource availability. 3.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the development teams, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product execution. Provide clear, actionable guidance to technical teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. 4.Technology Stack Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, and tools related to IT products (e.g., cloud services, cybersecurity protocols, networking solutions). 5.Compliance and Security: Ensure products and solutions comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security best practices. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain robust security measures. 6.Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring their products and services align with the organisation's strategy. Service Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing services through process optimisation, automation, or technology upgrades. 7.Governance and Risk Management: Implement and uphold governance practices to ensure the effective and secure management of assets and resources.

Requirements 1.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus. 2.4+ years of experience in IT product management or related roles, with a focus on infrastructure, software solutions, or IT services. 3.Demonstrated success in launching and managing IT products. 4.Proficient in relevant technologies, platforms, and tools related to IT products and services. 5.Familiarity with IT project management and development methodologies. 6.Ability to leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimise products and services. 7.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 8.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 9.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Understanding of industry compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and experience implementing security measures. 10.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, take initiative, and drive projects forward independently.
