Product Designer(4+years)

About We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our digital products that enhance user experience and drive engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end design process for our digital products, from concept ideation to final implementation.
2. Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product designs.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
4. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritise features based on user feedback and business objectives.
5. Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and successful product launches.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
4. Experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
6. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
