UI/UX Designer (Exp: 2+Years)

Key Responsibilities

1. Approach highly detailed and professional designs
2. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems 3.Craft relevant and engaging designs on a multitude of projects for multiple platforms (website, mobile apps, e-commerce, social updates, case studies, etc.)
3. Work closely with developers, stakeholders and project team members.
4. Communicate design intent through wireframes, site maps, and user flows
5. Good grasp of picking suitable colours with an eye for detail
6. Self-learner, ability to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
7. Attention to detail and an open mind to feedback
8. Excellent Problem-solving skills

Qualification / Requirement

1. 2 + years of experience
2. Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
3. Familiar with using responsive web designs to create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/devices
4. Ability to understand user requirements and subsequently convert them into intuitive design approaches
5. Ability to stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field and UI/UX design knowledge
6. Expert knowledge in the graphics production process
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills
8. Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
