Client Servicing Executive

Job Overview We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer engagement, project management, and consulting.

Responsibilities ? Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact ? Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively ? Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met ? Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities ? Address customer issues with speed and efficiency ? Prepare reports on project performance

Requirements and skills ? Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer engagement, project management, and consulting ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ? Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or advertising. ? Strong understanding of various performance marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media. ? Proficient in using performance marketing tools and analytics platforms. ? Excellent project management and organizational skills. ? Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ? Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. ? Prior experience in client management and account leadership is preferred.
