Job Overview As an Inside Sales Executive at Webdura Technologies, you will be pivotal in driving sales by connecting with clients through various communication channels, such as cold-calling, emails, and virtual meetings. Your goal will be to sell digital marketing services, maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, and actively seek new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven experience in digital marketing sales, particularly in the B2B segment.
Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional post-sales service. Identify new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing, and other outreach methods. Develop a thorough understanding of our digital marketing services, including features and benefits. Conduct virtual meetings with potential clients to establish rapport and demonstrate service value. Recommend tailored digital marketing solutions based on client's needs and business objectives. Follow up on leads from website chats, inbound calls, and email inquiries. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements and skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven sales experience, particularly in digital marketing or related fields. Strong B2B sales experience is mandatory. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (must have) Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution(nice to have) Familiarity with marketplaces like Freelancer, Upwork, and other relevant platforms.(must have) Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills. Experience in handling international clients and managing their specific needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
