We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US-based MNC IT Co at Kochi Infopark, are urgently seeking an Operations Manager for our operations in Kochi. The incumbent must be a well-experienced IT Operations with good communication skills who can oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, project management, and process improvement.

Designation : Operations Manager Qualification : Graduation – Preferably MBA Operations Skillsets : IT Co Operations, Client Management, Reports & MIS Experience : Minimum 5 – 8 Years Remuneration : Salary ranges are negotiable and will be the best in the industry. Shift Time : 09.30 AM - 06.30 PM IST Place of Posting : Infopark, Kochi.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

? Develop and manage organizational goals and objectives keeping the organizational vision refreshed ? Develop and manage departmental goals and objectives ? Monitor project/program progress and ensure it meet/exceed the set timeline ? Weekly report – create weekly ? Implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency ? Process Improvement in operational processes ? Develop a diverse team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement ? Collaborate with senior management to develop operational strategies aligned with company’s goals and objectives ? Design policies that align with overall strategy ? Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management ? Cross-Departmental collaboration to ensure alignment of goals ? Vendor management: collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of IT services ? Ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations and company policies ? Establish/Maintain SMART goals, KPIs and Targets for the company (departments) ? Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and support to team members ? Competitive intelligence ? Coordinating with MEP team and office infrastructure management ? Derive strategies for constant improvements. Recommend growth strategies and best practices to optimize operations ? Risk mitigation and coordination with all departments ? Implement efficient processes and standards ? Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits ? Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention ? Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders ? Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection) ? Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization. ? Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement ? Report on operational performance and suggest improvements ? To support business development, ensure that the IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable ? Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget ? Coordinate resources and communicate project status to stakeholders ? Analyze current operational processes and workflows, identifying areas for efficiency gains.
