Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
2. Identify market trends and customer needs to design and implement targeted, data-driven SEO campaigns for sustainable growth.
3. Plan, execute, and optimize SEO efforts to maximize brand visibility and achieve business goals.
4. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
5. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive SEO efforts.
6. Oversee the creation of SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand messaging and enhances online visibility.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword ranking, and overall search visibility, adjusting tactics based on performance trends.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
2. Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO, with a strong track record in implementing and executing successful campaigns.
3. Knowledge of how different aspects of SEO (technical SEO, content optimization, link building) interact and contribute to overall strategy.
4. Ability to develop and execute SEO plans in a startup environment, focusing on building and improving existing strategies.
5. Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and social media management tools.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to rapid growth.
