Junior AI Developer

We are looking for a passionate Junior AI Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you'll be working on AI chat solutions that help optimize customer service and lead generation across various industries, such as Automotive, Construction, Self Storage, and Trade Services. This position will mainly involve integrating AI chat solutions with platforms like Twilio, LiveChat.com, and Chatbot.com. As a Junior AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing these solutions and working on integrating APIs to ensure seamless functionality. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely, but you may be required to visit our office as needed. Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, and deploying AI chat solutions using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Collaborate with senior developers to integrate AI solutions with communication platforms like Twilio, LiveChat.com, and Chatbot.com. Work on API integrations to connect different tools and ensure smooth functionality. Support in data collection, processing, and automation tasks to improve chatbot interactions. Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing AI solutions to deliver high-quality outcomes. Stay updated with the latest AI and machine learning trends to continuously enhance solutions. Preferred Skills Educational Background/Experience: A degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, with 1-2yrs of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Programming Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks. API Integration Skills: An understanding of REST APIs and experience (or willingness to learn) how to integrate them with other platforms. API and Automation: Knowledge with REST API architecture, database management (MySQL, Chrome DB/Pinecone), and automation tools like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, and Selenium is a plus. AI and Chatbot Interest: A keen interest in developing AI chat solutions and working with platforms like Twilio and LiveChat.com. Problem-Solving Ability: A mindset focused on finding creative solutions to technical challenges. Team Player: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
