Brief DescriptionAs an SEO Specialist you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and account managers, to deliver exceptional SEO results across a diverse range of industries. Your role will involve deep technical SEO expertise, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customized SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients across various industries. Conduct thorough website audits for clients to identify technical issues, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, discuss strategy adjustments, and report on SEO performance. Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Optimize website architecture, URL structures, and internal linking to enhance search engine visibility. Ensure clients’ websites are following the latest SEO best practices and standards. Perform detailed keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize content accordingly. Optimize client websites' on-page elements, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and images. Work closely with the content team to ensure that all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with the latest search trends. Implement content strategies to improve clients' search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Develop and execute effective link-building campaigns to increase clients' domain authority. Monitor and manage clients’ backlink profiles, ensuring a healthy and diverse link portfolio. Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions using the latest SEO tools. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc., to monitor performance and provide data-driven insights. Experiment with new SEO tools, techniques, and strategies to continuously improve SEO performance for clients. Prepare and present detailed SEO reports to clients, offering actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Conduct A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of different SEO strategies and make data-driven adjustments. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Experiment with new SEO tools, techniques, and strategies to continuously improve SEO performance for clients. Share insights and updates with the internal team to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of the industry. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably within a digital marketing agency. Proven experience in managing and executing successful SEO campaigns for multiple clients. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction. A commitment to staying updated with the latest SEO trends and continuously improving skills and knowledge.
