Deputy Chief Accountant

Company Overview:

We are a well-established CPA firm based in the USA, providing a wide range of accounting, taxation, and advisory services. We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Chief Accountant to join our team at our Infopark, Cochin office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting projects independently, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Expertise in QuickBooks accounting software is a must. Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including reconciliations, payroll, and tax filings. Collaborate effectively with the U.S.-based team and manage client communication. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. Lead and support a small team, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, with significant exposure to QuickBooks. Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently. Team player with leadership qualities to guide and support the accounting team.
