Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate
  • Candidate with direct marketing experience (preferably banking & financial sector or IT software sector)

Package - 20k basic plus incentive

Responsibilities:

  • Should achieve monthly minimum target sales
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales revenue, & expense controls.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship
    with them
  • Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs.
  • Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads
  • Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results.
