Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 Technical Consultant Experience: 5+ years Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EBS R12 Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than five years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and be proficient in report development (both RDF and XML Publisher), Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Shell scripting. You will work closely with functional teams to design, develop, and customize Oracle EBS solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain reports using Oracle Reports (RDF) and Oracle XML Publisher. Design and develop customizations using Oracle Forms and Oracle Workflow to meet business needs. Work with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL to write complex queries, packages, procedures, functions, and triggers. Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate and streamline processes within Oracle EBS. Customize and extend Oracle EBS R12 AOL (Applications Object Library) objects like: Value Sets Concurrent Programs Profile Options Messages Key Flexfields and Descriptive Flexfields. Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Provide production support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS customizations, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues. Perform impact analysis, testing, and validation of customizations and updates. Ensure adherence to Oracle development standards and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical development. Strong knowledge of Oracle Reports (RDF) and XML Publisher for report development. Expertise in Oracle Forms and Oracle Workflow development. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Shell Scripting. In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS AOL objects: Value Sets, Concurrent Programs, Profile Options, Key Flexfields, Descriptive Flexfields, and Messages. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders. Experience in full life cycle implementations, customizations, and upgrades within Oracle EBS. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware or Oracle APEX would be a plus. Experience with Oracle R12.2.x environments (online patching, custom object management). Oracle EBS Certification (preferred but not mandatory). Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
