We are a U.S.-based CPA firm with a growing presence in Infopark, Cochin. We provide accounting, taxation, and advisory services to clients in the U.S. We are seeking a HR and Administration Manager to oversee our human resources and administrative functions, while closely working with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment process for accounting professionals and other staff, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and handling onboarding. Collaborate with the General Manager to manage and assign tasks to the operations team, ensuring projects run efficiently and meet deadlines. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support company goals and foster a positive work culture. Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Assist in project management, helping to track progress, allocate resources, and ensure teams are aligned with project timelines. Oversee office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting the General Manager in operational tasks. Organize team-building initiatives and employee engagement activities to improve productivity and job satisfaction. Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation to ensure accurate and organized records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of HR and administration experience, preferably within an accounting firm or professional services environment. Proven experience in recruitment for finance or accounting roles and team management. Strong ability to work closely with senior management and project teams to meet operational objectives. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive and collaborative approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
