React JS Lead

We are looking for an experienced React.js Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. As a Lead, you will guide the front-end team, design and implement user interface components, and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers. Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces using React.js. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into interactive applications. Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Develop and maintain front-end libraries and reusable code for future use. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies. Required Skills: React.js: Expert-level proficiency in building complex applications. JavaScript (ES6+): Strong experience with modern JavaScript features and syntax. TypeScript: Extensive experience in using TypeScript for large-scale applications. Front-End Development: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. State Management: Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries. Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control. Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. Build Tools: Experience with Webpack, Babel, and other front-end build tools. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile development teams.
