Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, seamless onboarding, effective performance management, and smooth offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Handle employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs, and lead the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and finalizing job offers.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate reports as required.
  • Continuously review and improve HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance and support a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging best practices in HR, and proactively incorporate them to elevate and optimize our HR processes and strategies within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey HR information and policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrate unwavering integrity and maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as in various Google productivity tools such as Docs and Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
