Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and personable Employee Engagement Specialist with around 5 years of experience to lead and facilitate company events, manage employee engagement initiatives, and serve as an emcee for internal functions as needed. This role is crucial to fostering a positive company culture, improving employee morale, and enhancing team cohesion across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: *Employee Engagement Activities: Plan, organize, and execute regular engagement activities that promote collaboration, inclusivity, and employee well-being. *Event Hosting & Facilitation: Serve as the primary host and facilitator for company events both online and offline, including team-building exercises, workshops, and corporate gatherings. *Emcee Duties: Confidently perform emcee responsibilities at company meetings, celebrations, or other internal functions, ensuring smooth flow and engagement. *Employee Surveys & Feedback: Administer regular employee surveys, gather feedback, and work closely with HR to implement strategies that enhance the overall employee experience. *Culture Building: Collaborate with department heads to promote a culture of recognition and appreciation through initiatives like employee awards, recognition programs, and celebrations. *Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Marketing, management, and employee resource groups to design initiatives that align with company values and foster a supportive and engaged work environment. *Onboarding Support: Assist in orientation activities while onboarding new employees and ensuring they feel welcomed into the company culture from day one. *Communications: Create and distribute internal communications related to employee engagement programs, events, and update. *Metrics & Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and provide regular reports to management on employee satisfaction and program success. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. *Around 5 years of experience in HR employee engagement activities or corporate event management. *Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Charismatic and engaging personality with experience in public speaking and hosting events. *Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams at all levels. *Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices. *Proficient in MS Office Suite, and experience with employee engagement software/tools is a plus. Preferred Skills: *Experience in event emceeing or hosting is highly desirable. *Ability to think creatively and bring innovative employee engagement ideas to life. *Strong presentation skills with the ability to captivate and engage an audience. *Familiarity with HRIS and survey tools is a plus.
