Brief DescriptionFinance Duties:

  1. Financial Reporting: *Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts. *Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
  2. Budget Management: *Develop and monitor budgets. *Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
  3. Accounting: *Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger. *Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  4. GST, Payroll, TDS, and ESA Enrollment: *Manage and ensure timely filing of GST returns and compliance. *Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. *Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) calculations, deductions, and filings. *Manage Employee State Insurance (ESA) enrollments and ensure compliance with related regulations. 5.  Audit and Compliance: *Coordinate and lead internal and external audits. *Implement and maintain internal control systems. HR Duties:
  5. Recruitment and Onboarding: *Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. *Conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.
  6. Employee Relations: *Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues. *Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  7. Performance Management: *Oversee performance appraisal processes. *Assist in developing performance improvement plans and career development programs.
  8. HR Compliance: *Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. *Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.Preferred SkillsQualifications
  9. Education: *Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification.
  10. Experience: *Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance/accounting. *Experience in HR management and administration.
  11. Skills: *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite. *Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems. *Expertise in GST, payroll processing, TDS, and ESA enrolments.
