Brief DescriptionWe Refined IT are a leading provider of A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging solutions, specializing in delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable communication services to businesses worldwide. Our innovative platform enables enterprises to engage with their customers effectively through SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business API and other messaging channels. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new prospects. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making a high volume of calls per day. You must be capable of prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales, leading to support the Sales Team. You will be responsible for gaining new leads and converting them into ongoing customers by building lasting connections and relationships with them by providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. Responsibilities

  1. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts through cold calling and email.
  2. Ensure a successful lead from on boarding and ongoing support to new customer accounts through product demonstration and deliverables to the customer queries.
  3. Building rapport, providing technical information and explanations and understanding current and future needs and responding promptly.
  4. Identify growth and conversion opportunities
  5. Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
  6. Continuously seek ways to improve sales performance and increase efficiency.Preferred SkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and prospecting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Added advantage if you know regional languages such as hindi, tamil, etc To work independently, to be self-motivated with results-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under time pressure. Adaptability to changing priorities, proactive troubleshooting, and a willingness to take initiative. Passion for sales and the interest to build your career with a fast-growing company
