Brief DescriptionWe Are Hiring: Business Development Executive Experience: 2+ yearsLocation: Technopark Phase I, Trivandrum Role Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales with both new and existing clients. Your expertise in IT products and services, combined with your strong sales acumen, will help us achieve our growth and sales targets. Experience in product sales and familiarity with digital marketing or SEO strategies will be a significant advantage, allowing you to effectively target and engage potential customers. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of leads and opportunities. Analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages for the company. Track key metrics to ensure sales targets are met. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Preferred SkillsQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO strategies is highly advantageous.

Strategic Partnerships: Research and establish partnerships with potential businesses, coordinate with partners to address needs, and create synergy. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Identify potential leads through various platforms and guide clients throughout the sales process. Proposal Generation: Support the RFP team during the proposal generation phase. Digital Marketing: Assist in enhancing the company’s social media presence and SEO efforts.
