Content Manager & Web Application Tester (QA)

Brief DescriptionJob Description:We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to take on the combined role of Business Content Manager and Application Tester. In this dual role, you will manage the content across our application, ensure that business requirements are met, and perform quality assurance (QA) testing on applications to ensure their functionality, usability, and performance align with company standards.This position requires content management expertise, technical application testing skills, and a collaborative approach to working with various teams including development, marketing, and customer support.Preferred SkillsKey Responsibilities: Business Content Management:* Develop, organize, and manage digital content (e.g., product details) across websites.* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content is aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.* Maintain consistency of tone, style, and accuracy across all content, adhering to the company's branding guidelines.* Regularly update content to reflect product changes on our website.* Document all the requirements and other documents related to our Business and website.Application Testing:* Perform end-to-end testing of applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.* Develop test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on business requirements and functional specifications.* Conduct manual to identify bugs, glitches, or inconsistencies in the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).* Document and report issues in a clear, concise manner, and collaborate with development teams to resolve them.* Conduct regression testing after fixes are implemented to verify issue resolution.* Ensure applications comply with security standards and accessibility requirements.* Create and maintain detailed testing documentation including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.* Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that business stakeholders' requirements are met before final approval. QA Experience Required : 1 - 2 years
