We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in software sales, especially in the ERP domain. Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of healthcare software solutions to hospitals, clinical labs, and other healthcare institutions
Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
Identify and explore new market opportunities for business growth
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with customer needs
Regular travel for client meetings across various regions in India
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BTech or equivalent). MBA preferred
5-7 years of experience in software sales, with a focus on selling ERP solutions
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of the Indian market for software sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-starter with a go-getter attitude
Willingness to travel for client meetings
