Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Exective to join our team at Aceware Fintech Services. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our customers, helping them navigate our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in KYC documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers to familiarize them with our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Hindi and English; proficiency in Assamese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
