Compliance Officer

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related field Education: Graduate or above, preferably in Business, Commerce, or Banking Age Requirement: Below 30 years Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel; knowledge in secretarial matters

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis & Intelligence

• Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the company compliant.
• Gather market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and threats that could impact the company.
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies for enhancing products and services.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic adjustments and stay ahead of industry changes.

2. Product Development & Launch

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and compliant product launches.
• Support marketing and sales teams by providing product-related collateral, training, and guidance on compliance matters.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships to enhance product offerings and maintain compliance standards.

3. Risk Management & Compliance

• Establish and oversee risk management protocols for payment products to ensure compliance and safety.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Monitor and mitigate potential risks related to products and customer security, ensuring all compliance measures are in place.

4. Team Management

• Set clear performance objectives for the team and provide regular feedback and guidance.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance work culture within the compliance team.

5. Other Requirements

• Knowledge of secretarial matters and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and compliance reporting.
• Willingness to relocate as per company policy.
