MERN Stack Developer (1 Year Experience)

Job Summary We are seeking talented and motivated MERN Stack Developers with 1 year of experience to join our growing team. You'll work on developing and maintaining web applications that deliver a seamless user experience and optimal performance. Here, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality fintech products that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), with an emphasis on building a strong foundation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features using RESTful APIs. • Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code with a focus on maintainability and best practices. • Implement security and data protection measures to ensure application integrity. • Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Contribute to ongoing optimization efforts to improve application speed and scalability. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the MERN stack landscape.

Required Skills • Proficiency in the core MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) • Understanding of RESTful API design and integration principles • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) • Familiarity with version control systems like Git • Solid understanding of database fundamentals, particularly with MongoDB • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Familiarity with TypeScript • Experience with different React.js and Node.js frameworks such as Next.js and NestJS

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 1 year of relevant development experience.
