QA Engineer

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile and web applications.
• Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects, ensure software functionality, and verify compliance with requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and change control activities.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure the stability of existing functionalities.
• Provide input on quality issues and help implement solutions to enhance product quality.
• Continuously update and maintain test documentation and test environments.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Manual and Automated Testing
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual and automated testing of mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
