2D - Animatic Artist

Brief DescriptionAs a 2D Animatic Artist, you will be responsible for assisting the animation team in creating animatics for various projects. Animatics are preliminary versions of animations that help visualize the flow and timing of the final animation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the animation industry and develop essential skills for a career in animation. ·        Collaborate with the animation team to understand project requirements and objectives. ·        Assist in creating 2D animatics based on storyboards and rough sketches. ·        Follow direction from senior animators and incorporate feedback to improve animatics. ·        Work closely with other departments (such as storyboard artists and layout artists) to ensure a seamless workflow. ·        Help maintain project files and organize digital assets effectively. ·        Learn and utilize animation software and tools proficiently. ·        Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to enhance animation skills.Preferred SkillsCompetencies: Should have min 2 years of working experience as Animatic Artist / Story Board Artist Basic knowledge of animation principles Familiarity with animation software Attention to detail Team player Learning agility Time management.
