Brief DescriptionBRANCH IT OPERATIONS (South India)                1             Evaluating pending cases in Service Desk & Follow up with IT Engineers for immediate resolution. 2             providing support to all Hardware/Connectivity related escalated cases from Opes Team in Andhra Telangana & Kerala Region 3             Creating Purchase Request (PR) in ERP for the replacement of IT Assets in Branches (DMP &Laser Printer, Scanner, Monitor, SMPS) 4             Providing Recommendation for ISP changes in Branches after verification. 5             Verifying & Approving IT Asset shifting in Branches. 6             Providing Recommendation for IT Asset repair in Andhra Telangana & Kerala Region after verification. 7             Providing Recommendation for the purchase of IT Asset (Desktop Accessories) in Branches after verification. 8             Providing Recommendation for Structured cabling requests in South India region after verification. 9             Sharing HDD Details to P&L Team, which need to dispose. 10           Follow up with P&L Team for Webcam & Data Card Pending cases. 11           As per the Report from DB Team, Make Suring Local Data Backup are happening in Branches.                               Other Than Branch IT Operations responsibilities 1             Providing Approvals to Service Request (SR) from SD Team after evaluating each request/requirement. 2             Biometric Device Management 3             Adobe Management 4             Addressing RCR Non visibility cases due to IT related Issues. 5             Creating Purchase Request (PR) for IT Hardware’s, S/W, IT Services in MFL & MPT other than Branches in ERP 6             Generating GRN for IT Assets, S/W, IT Services in MFL & MPT other than Branches in ERP as per the confirmation from P&L 7             Blocking the EMAIL ID, AD ID, VPN ID of resigned resources with the help of UST Team & Arranging NOC 8             Review with RM'S (OPES TEAM) in Monthly/Quarterly & Taking necessary actions to resolve each highlighted issue. 9             Recording Branch down cases & Sharing Monthly report. 10           Verifying each down cases & confirming Branches are working with VPN without any issue. Consolidated daily wise report send to management. 11           Creating Purchase request in ERP for New Branches & Doing confirmation (GRN) also after receiving IT Assets in Muthoot ERP                Working Location- Trivandrum, Kerala.  Preferred SkillsService Desk Asset Management
