Job Title: HR Executive/Generalist (Contract) Location: Kochi, India Duration: 9 months

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive/Generalist to join our team on a contract basis. The HR Executive/Generalist will assist in overseeing HR functions, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and general HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Onboarding: Needs to post job postings, source, screen, hire, and onboard candidates. Collaborate with department heads to meet hiring needs. • Employee Relations & Exit Procedure: Address HR queries, support conflict resolution, ensure employee satisfaction, and ensure proper Exit procedures. • HR Policies & Compliance: Keep HR policies up to date, ensure legal compliance, and maintain employee records. • Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain attendance records, Leave approvals, ensure compliance of the same. • Performance Management: Coordinate appraisal systems, monitor performance, timely performance review of employees, organizing training programs. • Payroll, Statutory Compliance & Benefits: Coordinate with payroll, manage employee benefits, and resolve payroll-related issues, HR compliance and statutory obligations. • Asset Management: Assigning laptops, Keeping track of assets, and maintain records. • HR Administration: Maintain databases, prepare HR reports, and provide administrative support as needed. • General Office Administration: Manage office supplies, filing, and event coordination, Vendor Management. • HR System Management: Update the HRMS and HR process digitalization

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Mandatory Experience: 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role. Knowledge: • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. • Clear understanding of recruitment processes, performance management, and employee relations.

Skills: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. • Proficiency in any HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS, HRMS) and MS Office Suite. Key Competencies:
