HR Manager

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.). • Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process, including reference checks and offer negotiations. • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and grievance handling. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain positive employee relations across the organization. • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions. • Assist in the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs. • Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.

Desired Candidate profile • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role with at least 3-5 years • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
