We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our sales process by utilizing excellent communication skills to follow up with existing and potential clients. The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales team to maintain strong client relationships and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct follow-up calls and emails with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide any necessary information or assistance. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. Provide product knowledge and information to clients as needed. Monitor sales activities and generate reports to track progress towards sales goals. Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation and qualification efforts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Sales Experience in software industry preferred. Qualifications:

3+ years of Proven experience in inside sales /BDM ... Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent active listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients' needs. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
