Job Summary:-

We seek an experienced and dynamic HR Talent Management Specialist to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will drive talent management strategies, enhance employee engagement, and lead initiatives supporting top talent development and retention. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of talent management practices.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Ensure alignment between individual and organizational goals.
  • Employee Development: Create and implement talent development programs, including training, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture, improve retention, and boost productivity.
  • Retention & Succession Planning: Identify key talent within the organization and create retention strategies, including career development plans and succession planning.
  • HR Analytics: Analyze talent-related data to assess trends and implement improvements in talent management processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR processes are compliant with local labor laws and regulations in Kerala.
  • HR Policies & Processes: Develop and implement HR policies related to talent management, ensuring that best practices are followed across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and senior management to understand workforce needs and provide solutions that align with the business strategy.

Key Qualifications:-

  • Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, and employee development.
  • Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in talent development.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement practices.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Kerala.
  • Willingness to travel to the office locations when required is a must
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Location: Kakkanad, Karunagappally, and Trivandrum - Kerala, India (this person will be taking care for all these three locations and be available when required in these locations)
