Brief Description SEO and SMO Management: Oversee both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, manage PPC campaigns, and social media advertising efforts. Keyword Research: Utilize tools like Keyword Planner and Moz to identify key search terms and opportunities for optimization. Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality, original content for websites, social media, and promotional campaigns, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for grammatical errors and plagiarism. Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess traffic, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions; recommend improvements based on data insights. Link Building: Implement and manage link-building strategies to enhance the company’s online authority. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest SEO and SMO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure competitive positioning. Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and other marketing professionals to produce relevant and engaging content tailored to target audiences. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, manage, and implement overall digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and drive user engagement. Community Building: Engage with online communities and manage social media accounts to build brand loyalty and drive traffic. Reporting: Prepare reports on marketing performance, ROI, and KPIs to inform strategy adjustments. Preferred Skills Proven SEO & SMO Experience: Minimum of 3+ years managing SEO and PPC campaigns with demonstrated success. Analytics Proficiency: In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and keyword research tools. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience in producing content for various digital platforms. Creative and Analytical Mindset: Ability to generate innovative ideas while employing a data-driven approach to decision-making. Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including inbound marketing concepts. Team Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a digital marketing team to achieve goals and maintain high performance. Degree: BSc in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field is preferred.
