JOB DESCRIPTION As Business Development Executive you will support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Requirements Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients. Compile and maintain databases of potential clients and leads. Generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, linkedin and networking events. Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the senior business development team. Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments with prospective clients. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and address client inquiries or concerns. Update CRM databases with relevant information. Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports. Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars.

Preferred Skills Technical / Science graduate/ BE Software / (MBA IT preferred). Exceptional written & communications skills and creative talent. Extremely reliable and detail oriented personality Ability to work under pressure of quota and adapt to a changing environment Strong knowledge of Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to follow up on all inbound and outbound prospects by phone, email, and social media. Ability to work individually and in a team.
