Work Experience: 0-1 year Work Location: Infopark, Kochi Mode of Work: Remote (Temporary)

Job Description: • Rapidly respond to all alerts, restoring or escalating service/applications issues as per established SLAs. • Facilitate technical/crisis management conference calls during production outages, providing written and verbal updates in timely and consistent manner. • Track all planned and unplanned Systems & Applications outages through trouble ticketing systems and reporting tools. • Managing system backups and network security protocols. • Performing regular checks on servers, network devices etc. • Diagnosing and troubleshooting errors. • Tracking and documenting network issues, server issues etc and compiling incident reports. • Escalate the technical issues which needs an immediate response or troubleshooting to management as per their SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)

Professional Skills: • Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate • MCSE/MCSA/CCNA certification would be a plus.

Essential requirement: • Willing to work in dedicated night shift. • Excellent communication skills
