Job Description :

The Customer Relationship Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding client relationships through effective follow-up strategies. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who excels in communication, relationship-building, and sales tactics. The primary responsibilities include managing follow-up activities with existing clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Follow-up :

  • Regularly follow up with existing customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and nurture the client relationship.
  • Utilize various communication channels (phone calls, emails, and potentially social media) to stay engaged with clients and provide updates on new products or services.

Relationship Building :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business goals and aligning company offerings with their needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire sales process.
  • Provide detailed product or service information to potential clients and address their questions or concerns.
  • Analyze the client's requirements and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Sales Support :

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and documentation for effective client communication.
  • initiate communication with the operations and support teams regarding customer queries and issues, ensuring timely responses."

Customer Satisfaction :

  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback, and direct communication.

Qualifications

  • Freshers/ Minimum of 1-year sales experience; B2B Enterprise Sales exposure is advantageous. (Female candidates are preferred).
  • Graduation is a must; an MBA is a plus.
  • Team-oriented individual with robust interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Malayalam.
  • Effective presentation and selling skills are essential.
  • Strong people skills are a prerequisite.
  • Solution selling, particularly in cross-selling products within large enterprises, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or related customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
  • Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
