Network Engineer

Experience: 2-6 year Location: Infopark, Kochi Mode of Work: Remote (Temporary)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage Sophos, Fortinet, Meraki and Sonic-wall firewalls. Manage Azure Networks and VPN. Assist NOC team with Network task escalations. Troubleshoot Cisco ASA firewalls. Monitor and manage Network devices through RMM. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues. Willingness to work in dedicated night shifts.

Technical Skills:

Must be CCNA certified. Minimum 2 year experience in Firewall management. Prefer candidates with multi-vendor experience especially in Fortinet and Sophos

Professional Skills:

2+ years of experience in handling L1 & L2 issues Any Graduation/Three-year diploma. Certifications in Cisco preferred. ITIL will be an added advantage. CCNA certification

Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Capability to conduct research into issues and products as required. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a support service environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language. Self-motivated and directed. Person with strong observation skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong customer service orientation. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in management with experience in handling a team of at least 6 members Knowledge/experience in MCSE/MCSA will be added advantage.
