Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Requirements:
• Should have experience in UK or US process.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Should have experience in IT Infrastructure sales.
• Previous experience in an outbound calls center or a related IT sales position preferably B2C/B2B.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate services and benefits persuasively.
• Proficiency in using CRM Software, MS Office Applications and other relevant sales tools.
Responsibilities:
• Lead generation and Qualifying Leads: - Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer interest and needs. • Sales Pitching: - Presenting services to prospective clients over the phone with persuasive communication skills. • Maintaining Sales Records: - Updating CRM systems or databases with customer information, sales activities and follow up action. • Meeting Sales Quotas: - Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the organization. • Appointment Setting: - Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives with qualified leads and follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and ensure attendance. • Continuous Learning: - Staying informed about service features, benefits and pricing to effectively communicate them to customers.
