Senior UI/UX Designer- Part Time

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience and user interface of our digital products, ensuring intuitive and seamless interactions for our users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to transform complex ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach to solving design challenges. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. • Conduct user research, including persona creation, user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. • Develop and maintain UI/UX design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. • Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide guidance on usability and interaction patterns. • Monitor the performance of your designs post-launch, iterating based on user feedback and analytics. • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and helping them grow in their design careers.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. • Experience working in formal developmental environment with modern tools

Nice-to-Have: • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, including web and mobile applications. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design. • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, React and front-end frameworks (a plus). • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience working in healthcare or healthtech sectors. • Familiarity with FHIR standards and healthcare interoperability. • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
