We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, specifically within the B2B IT and software service sector. Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and marketing automation tools is essential. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online growth and enhancing the company’s digital presence across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on optimizing for maximum ROI.

Location: Kochi Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager Shift Timing : 11 AM - 8 PM

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Audits: Conduct technical audits to identify issues related to crawlability, indexing, and site architecture for continuous site optimization.

Backlink Profile Management: Monitor and maintain a healthy backlink profile, including disavowing toxic links and capitalizing on competitor backlink opportunities.

Local SEO: Implement and manage local SEO strategies, including overseeing Google My Business listings and building local citations.

Content Management Systems (CMS): Utilize and manage CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, or Drupal to ensure optimal site performance and content updates.

Google Tag Manager: Set up and manage Google Tag Manager for advanced tracking and analytics needs.

Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Meta Ads Manager to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance. Make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Competitor Analysis: Engage in competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital strategies, including backlink strategies.

Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other third-party tools to provide insights and optimize ongoing digital efforts.

Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools and platforms to improve workflow efficiency and lead generation.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and improve campaign performance.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

Skills:

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.

Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Magento, or Drupal.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and conducting competitor analysis.

Excellent analytical, communication, skills. Tools: Familiarity with Google Search Console, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools is a must.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with US based B2B IT and software service sector and its digital marketing landscape.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a B2B environment. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related digital marketing tools.
