We are looking for the ideal person to join our team who can give the best experience to our customers and clients
An ideal candidate should be able to
- Develop customer journey and to improve customer excellence through UI/UX or additional touch points.
- Understand the customer journey and implementing new initiatives within the organization to improve the customer efficiency.
- Develop the structure of the process to improve the customer experience by analyzing the process quality.
- Review and understand the business and build strategies which can be used for customer excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships whilst being aware of the varying customer cultures.
- Ensure quality quotes / email communications are being sent out to the respective clients / vendors
- Design and implement customer service standards and guidelines to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery for building customer relations.
- Monitor and measure performance related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication in English (both written and verbal)
