Senior Executive – Client Services

? Understands brands’ businesses and marketing strategies to ensure that all campaigns, programs and projects are aligned to business goals ? Builds strong relationships with units by acting as a strategic advisor ? Represents the clients’ best interests ? Develops proposals and statements of work in conjunctions with agency team members ? Promptly addresses any client satisfaction issues with the clients and agency team members ? Proactively manages account financials ensuring overall account health, appropriate team allocation and agency compensation. ? Reviews and analyzes past campaign results to uncover opportunities for improvement and growth ? Reviews and synthesis data intelligence for use in briefs, reports, or presentations ? Assess competitive and target audience research to identify points of differentiation ? Facilitates internal kick off meetings ? Attends weekly client status meetings ? Regularly informs Account Director and Director of Account Management of account wins, losses, successes and failures
