We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B IT and software service sector. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive growth and enhance brand awareness.

Location: Kochi Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager Shift : 11AM - 8 PM

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & SEM: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, optimization, link-building, and technical SEO.

Link-Building: Develop and implement link-building strategies, including outreach, guest posting, and content marketing to improve domain authority.

Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to plan, manage, and distribute high-quality content across various platforms.

Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media channels to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Email Marketing: Design, implement, and monitor email marketing campaigns that align with overall digital strategies.

Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling assets for digital campaigns.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the B2B tech space.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with US based B2B IT and software service sector and its digital marketing landscape. Skills:

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

Expertise in link-building strategies and outreach.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix, or similar platforms.
