Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage and oversee all front desk operations, including reception, guest services, and administrative tasks. 2.Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring schedules are well-organized and efficiently managed. 3.Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors regarding company services and facilities. 4.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of front office activities with overall business operations. 5.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company services. 6.Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities, including venue booking, logistics, and coordination of marketing collateral and giveaways. 7.Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments, coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements. 8.Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes, ensuring timely distribution to participants.

Qualification

1.MBA,BA English, / Any Graduate – Any Specialization 2.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 3.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5.Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
