Digital Marketer Manager

Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketing strategy.

Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Budget Planning: Prepare budgets and create time-bound execution plans for marketing activities. • Optimization: Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on these insights. • Strategy Development: Brainstorm and develop new and creative growth strategies. • Experimentation: Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. • Team Coordination: Collaborate with and support other team members as needed.

Requirements: • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the digital marketing field. • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional proficiency in English. • Tools: Hands-on experience with various marketing tools. • Ads Expertise: Advanced knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, etc.). • Marketing Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, influencer marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. • Analytics: Advanced experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and others. • Campaign Building: Strong capability in building effective campaigns both organically and through paid methods. • Project Management: Excellent project management and client management skills. • Research Tools: Good knowledge of research tools.
