Brief DescriptionStackmod Innovations is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the day-to-day HR operations, handle recruitment processes, and support the development of a positive work environment aligned with the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads. Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture and policies.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues. Assist in fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting team-building activities.

HR Policies & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management:

Assist in managing employee appraisals, performance reviews, and feedback systems. Coordinate training and development programs based on individual and organizational needs.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and physical files. Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll support.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the IT industry. Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

HR Management Software: Proficiency with HR software such as Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar platforms for managing employee data, recruitment processes, and performance tracking.

Recruitment Expertise: Experience in utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks like LinkedIn to source and attract top talent.

IT Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT sector and its specific HR needs, including technical recruitment and talent retention strategies for IT professionals.

Employee Engagement: Strong skills in planning and executing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs that foster a positive work culture.

Conflict Resolution: Experience in mediating employee disputes and resolving conflicts professionally and fairly, maintaining a healthy work environment.

Data Analytics & Reporting: Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports on turnover rates, recruitment KPIs, and employee satisfaction to support decision-making.

Payroll & Benefits Administration: Familiarity with processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate compensation.

Training & Development: Experience in organizing learning and development programs tailored to upskill employees based on company needs.

Adaptability: Flexibility to handle the dynamic needs of an IT firm, where projects and teams can shift rapidly.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
